This months Degustabox was a brilliant one, to be honest I was kind of expecting it to be as it was an Easter themed one, which usually means chocolate!!
If you are new to the Degusabox concept, it is a monthly food subscription service where you get a box of surprise food, and drinks straight to your door, for you and your whole family to enjoy.
They usually include lots of new releases and brands, it's a great way of trying things you wouldn't normally pick up on your food shop. I have discovered lots of new foodie things this way which I wouldn't have usually picked up myself. See my last Degustabox post HERE.
The brands included in this months box are...
Heinz, Pipers Crisps, Naturelly, Cadbury, Weetabix, Maldon, Whitworths, £onepounders, The Jelly Bean Factory, Westons Cider, Rebel Kitchen, Gusto Organics.
I'm pretty sure ii said last months box was one of my favourites, but this one is another close call. The new Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo in Peanut Butter and Mint flavour HELLO!! .. those where amazing and I shall definitely be buying again. The kids really liked them too, no surprise really it is chocolate ha. The other sweet treats included where The Jelly Bean Factory jelly beans. These where really nice and have 36 different flavours inside.
I was really looking forward to trying the Whitworths Cacao Raw bar along with the Chocolate Mylk by Rebel Kitchen. These where both super tasty and I shall also be looking out for these too on my next shopping trip. The Whitworths Cacao bar is packed full of lots of good ingredients such as Chia Seeds, Almonds, Coconut and flax seeds which are all amazing health foods, and right up my street. The Chocolate Mylk by Rebel Kitchen also tasted just like a nice chocolate milkshake just better for you...BONUS!
I'm quite looking forward to trying out the Maldon Smoked Sea Salt flakes as they sound like they would make a nice change to basic salt in some of my cooking.
My little boy loved the Naturelly Juice Jelly drink, these are great because they contain 100% of your recommended daily intake of vitamin C with no added sugar or sweeteners. Which Is a great way of getting some vitamins in your children if they aren't so good at eating their fruit and veggies.
I have tried the Pipers Crisps and Weetabix breakfast/protein drinks before in previous Degustabox's. and they are always a hit in our house, so I didn't mind too much about getting them again.
The only thing I wasn't to keen on getting is the Westons Cider, and Chocolate eclairs as I'm not really a fan of those in general. I do like cider just fruity ones usually haha, but I may crack one open at the weekend to try..Plus I think their packaging is pretty cute.
If you fancy trying your own box I have an amazing discount for you - Just use the code (VNJG) at checkout to get your first box for just £5.99, usual price £12.99 - Sign up HERE.
Have you tried Degustabox before? I would love to hear your thoughts on this months Easter edition.
