Autumn Degustabox

If you aren't sure what Degustabox is, it is a monthly food subscription service where you get a surprise box of different foods and drinks to try. It's great for the whole family, and such a good way of trying out new things you wouldn't necessarily buy.

What was in this months box -

Inside this months box where items from the following brands ..

Levi Roots, Maggi, Yushoi, Robinsons, Heinz, Beloved Dates, JimJams, Pasquier, IAM SOUPER, Hersheys.

I have been getting Degustabox for a while now, and had some great boxes! this one didn't quite blow me away as some of them have in the past, just because I have had quite a few of these items included in previous boxes, such as the JimJams Chocolate Spread, Levi Roots cooking sauce, Yushoi snapea rice sticks.

The kids did like the Heinz pasta and pasta sauce as they are minions themed. It was nice to see the Hershey's cookies 'n' cream bar as they are pretty yummy. Although I have had the Yushoi snapea rice sticks before, we do get them often in our food shop so it was a nice extra I guess.

I was looking forward to trying the Beloved Date fruit hearts, Degustabox added lots of flavours to try out which was nice, there was cocoa and berry, orange, rich cocoa and original, plus the fact they are in cute heart shapes makes it more appealing to a typical girly girl like me ha!

I thought these fruit hearts may be similar to naked bars as they are mainly pressed dates, but if I'm being honest they where a little disappointing and found the flavoured ones I've tried so far didn't really taste that flavoured to me and just quite plain.

I'm still yet to try the IAM SOUPER soups, but I love the idea these are 'protein' soups. I'm a bit of a fitness freak so I'm all for that protein. The flavours I received where super greens and pulled pork & jalapeƱos.

My kids really liked the Pasquire Pitch Chocolate Bar, They are like little brioche's with a mini chocolate bar in the middle of it, which was quite different. I may have to pick these up again.
There was also a mini portable Robinsons orange squash, which you can add to water on the go. Along with 2 packs of Maggi Fusian noodles in sweet chilli and spiced curry, I am yet to try these but they should be quite nice, we use the Maggi seasoning 'so juicy' sheets with chicken sometimes (those are delicious) so I bet these noodles will work well with them.

Even though this box didn't quite wow me like some have, everything will still get used so it is never really a waste of money.

If you fancy giving it a try I have a £7 off discount code, making your first box just £5.99! use the  code (VNAJG) at checkout HERE.

Have you tried Degustabox? I would love to her your thoughts.

Thanks for reading,

Love Zoe x
