My Current Favourite Cream Makeup Products

I am not usually one to use cream makeup products, but I switched up my usual makeup recently and I noticed most the products I have been reaching for have been these amazing cream products. I love how natural they look and how effortless they are to apply and blend with just a damp BeautyBlender.
These are the products that make me look more awake and put together on those school runs when I'm in a hurry to get ready. They are just so quick and easy to use when you get the hang of it, and they are much easier and quicker to blend... no one wants horrid, unblended makeup do they now?

First up are the Benefit products, I have always loved the creamy highlighter Watt's Up! (£24.50 here) stick from Benefit, I have had it for ages. But you know when you forget about a product because you have like 100 other highlighters..yeah that!
But dabbing this on my cheekbones over the Benefit Majorette cream blush gives thee most amazing healthy sunkissed glow that I cant get enough of right now.

Benefit Majorette (£23.50 here) is another product that I forgot about sure to my severe makeup addiction, but i'm so glad I re-discovered it! its so creamy and easy to blend and the matte peach colour looks so perky on the cheeks. I sometimes use Watt's Up as a highlighter base to make a powder highlight REALLY pop! I love it!

After my foundation in the mornings I have been opting for Chanel's Soleil Tan De Chanel (£32.00  here) cream bronzer to add a quick bit of glow. I apply this in all the areas the sun would naturally hit my face, blend and go. It's so light and easy to work with, and the shade is perfect and matte too. It is pricey but this product lasts absolutely ages.

MUFE Pro Sculpting Kit in Medium - Swatches
If I have enough time for a proper bit of contouring I will use the Make Up Forever Pro Sculpting kit in Medium. I much prefer this palette to the Anastasia Beverly Hills cream one, it's so much easier to apply and blend. I found the ABH one to be far too much of a solid consistency, and you really have to dig in to get any of the product out. This one by MUFE is so creamy and pigmented it's just amazing, and the shades are top notch. I use the first yellow toned one under my eyes to brighten over the peach shade which cancels any dark circles, the brown shade to contour under my cheeks and the highlight for my cheekbones and cupids bow.
If you want to try a cream contour kit, I really recommend this one! I got sent this from an excellent makeup site called PAM - Precious About Makeup http://www.preciousaboutmakeup.com/ they stock some hard to get hold of U.S makeup brands such as Make Up For Ever, Sigma, and Velour Lashes. Definitely worth a look.
This Pro Sculpting Palette is available HERE for £29.00

Finally, I have been using the Charlotte Tilbury Colour of Youth multi use cream product. But unfortunately it was a limited edition. I sometimes use this for a pretty pink flush on my cheeks but I mainly love this on my lips- it gives a lovely plump natural glow to them which looks really pretty and effortless.
It's also very hydrating so it acts like a balm too, you know you are going to get nothing but the best quality with Charlotte Tilbury that's for sure.

  1. I never use cream products as they always seem to take off my foundation, I think it's an oily skin problem! I do however reach for a cream eyeshadow now and again, with a good primer they always work fine. I really wish I could use Benefit's Watt's Up, it's so gorgeous! x
