November Favourites

Is it just me or has the past month been amazing for new releases? There is one site in particular that are killing it at the moment by starting to sell brands that are very sought after, but not easily available in the U.K such as Makeup Geek and Dose of colours...the excitement was real, so thank you Beauty Bay.
My favourites this month are pretty much all new products, it was really hard for me to just choose a handful of products I enjoyed using last month as there was quite a few. So here are the ones that made the cut.

Liquid Lipsticks
I'm probably a little late to the bandwagon with this, but I can now see why so many people love a good liquid lipstick. The colour selection is way better than before, they give an ultra matte lip look that lasts hours and hours. Some of my favourite ones are in the above image such as the Limited Edition Jeffree Star one in Androgyny, NYX soft matte lip cream in London, Stila all day liquid lipstick in Aria and the Dose of Colours one in Stone.

I love them so much they have replaced all my usual lipsticks! all i want to get my hands on now are the Colour Pop ones and Anastasia Beverly Hills ones. I have also just had another delivery of the Dose of Colours ones in Berry Me and Truffle.

I was thinking of doing a separate post on my liquid lipstick collection, let me know if you'd like to see this below.

Redken - Diamond Oil
This little bottle of the Redken Diamond Oil came in a set with their Colour Extend shampoo and conditioner. I purchased it from my local salon, I had never tried the Redken brand before so I thought i'd give it a go and it's absolutely amazing. The three combined together make my hair feel in its best condition yet, it feels so healthy and looks really glossy. I will definitely be trying more from Redken soon.
This Diamond oil softens hair, gives it shine and moisture while cutting blow drying time in half, and it smells devine.

Redken Diamond Oil - £32.50

Huda Beauty Lashes - Samantha
This is another of those brands that are really hard to get here in the UK, i had heard amazing things about these lashes and always fancied a pair, then Cult Beauty started selling them Hurray!
The style 'Samantha' is gorgeous, they have a nice wispy look to them making your eyes look wider and more awake.
I like these because the lash band isn't too stiff and applies really nicely, while feeling like you aren't wearing any lashes as they are just so light.

£15.50 Cult Beauty

Makeup Geek Eye shadows
Makeup Geek coming to the UK via Beauty Bay was huge news, and rightly so! They have a massive range of shades in their line, the most amazing quality eye-shadows I've ever used and the price is just brilliant.
I have a few MAC eyeshadow pans, and if i'm being honest makeup geek ones are way better and half the price.
They apply so smoothly, blend super easy and the pigment on these are mind blowing - the foiled ones are just like POW!
I got a large z palette to keep them all in and now I can start my collection -With another 4 shades on their way...it's love.

Shades i have so far - (Foiled) In the spotlight, Shimma Shimma, Peach Smoothie, Latte, Frappe, Cocoa Bear, Bitten, Cupcake, Petal Pusher.

If you would be interested in seeing a post all about my Makeup Geek shadows, with swatches let me know.

Makeup Geek from £4.95 Beauty Bay

Anastasia Beverly Hills Illuminator - So Hollywood
I have a huge amount of different highlighters in my stash, but I have not put this one down since i've had it.
Its a gorgeous gold highlight, which applies so smooth with such amazing pigment. I love how this makes my face really glow, and to be honest I don't actually own another gold highlighter - I usually gravitate towards more champagne shades like Becca Opal and MAC soft and gentle.

I can see why this shade keeps selling out as it is just stunning! and that art deco design on the highlight is just perfect.

£28.00 Cult Beauty

What products have you been enjoying recently? have you tried any of these products? Do you have any liquid lipstick and Makeup Geek shadow recommendations? I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks for reading,

Love Zoe x
