The May Birchbox theme is Free Your Mind, and it's all about getting creative! They have even come up with a box which you colour in yourself, it goes brilliantly with the theme and I think it is an excellent idea, especially as all the art therapy/ adult colouring is so popular right now.
You can even choose which WAH London product you would like in your box this month too, I opted for the press on nails because the designs looked amazing..plus I bought some of my own in nude a few weeks back and I loved them!
The May box doesn't disappoint, and I am pretty happy with what was inside. In this months box I had ...
Mirenesse - Mattfinity Lip Rouge
Not heard of this brand before but I have always wanted to try a matte liquid lipstick, and the colour of this is a gorgeous bright hot pink. I thought this may feel a bit drying but I was impressed with how moisturising it felt. The pigmentation of this is just woah!

WAH London - Press on nails
I was really happy to get this design on my press on nails because as I said in the beginning of the post, I already bought a pack and it was a toss up between the nude ones I chose or these ones..so that was pretty lucky!
I love the stelleto shape of these nails and the design is so jazzy and would add a bit of edge to a basic outfit. Stack on the rings and I bet it will look pretty awesome.
In this months box you could also get a Wah London nail art pen or polish - I was sent both to review HERE along with a nail art design, they are amazing quality!
Parlor by Jeff Chastain - Moisturising sea salt spray
I have never really been a fan of salt sprays because they tend to dry my hair out, but as this one claims to be moisturising I will give this one a chance. It also apparently smells of ripe peaches and freshly cut grass, sounds good to me!
Full Size £17
Whish - Three Whishes body butter - Almond
I have tried the lavender scented one from another Birchbox a few months back it was pretty nice but ended up passing it on to my nan, this one is a bit more up my street - it smells lovely, is very moisturising and quite similar to that of the Bodyshop's almond scent which I love.
Full Size £14.50
Jelly Pong Pong - Caribbean Sun Bronzer - Martinique
This is one of those brands that I have heard of for ages but have never tried, so I was happy to see this addition in my box. Plus it being a bronzer and a blush is a bonus - you can never have enough right?
The bronzer is nice but the colour of this blush is gorgeous, it's a lovely rosy shade that I haven't stopped using it since I got my hands on it. It gives such a lovely, healthy glow...perfect for summer.
Full Size £15.95
Number 4 - Lumiere d'Hiver Reconstructing Masque
Always like trying out a new hair mask, and this is supposed to be great for moisturising and smoothing as it contains lovely Shea butter, soy protein, sunflower seed and jojoba seed oils. I shall be popping this on my hair tonight for a much needed pamper sesh.
Full size £36
Extra - Colouring pencils
Birchbox included colouring pencils, so you can get creative and colour in your birchbox lid..once you have finished you can enter it in their competition to win £500 worth of beauty treats. Here was my finished box..
It took me ages over a few days, but I really enjoyed it actually! It takes your mind of things and is quite relaxing.
Feel free to vote for my box HERE - I'd really appreciate it :)
