If you are a regular reader of Classic Rouge, or follow me on Instagram @zoelou_ you will know I'm quite the fan of Frank coffee scrubs. I have tried all the different scrubs available - Original, Cococnut, Cacao and the new Peppermint one! I have to say the coconut one is my favourite it smells amazing. I did review two of these scrubs HERE if you would like a read.
If I don't have at least one back up packet of Frank scrub in my bathroom I panic haha!
When I was planning to order some more scrub from their site a month or so back I spotted they had a new Body Balm to go along with the scrubs, it is pricey but I couldn't resist!
When the parcel arrived, the Body Balm came in a cute cardboard tube with the usual cheeky Frank lingo over it. The Product itself comes packaged in a pretty looking squeezy tube that matches the original scrub (as pictured).
This Body Balm claims to hydrate and nourish your skin after using the scrubs. It contains three natural oils - Coconut, Grape Seed and Sweet Almond.
It is also supposed to help with the appearance of stretch marks and Cellulite thanks to the magical coffee extract, and hemp seed oil ingredients that helps stimulate blood flow.
I have been using this for a month now and I am loving it! I use this after using my Frank scrubs twice a week, it makes my skin so soft (even when I didn't think it could get any softer after those scrubs!).
You only need a small amount. Once you squeeze it into your hands it comes out as a slightly runny balm but once it heats up with skin contact it turns into an oil of which my skin jut drinks up...it sinks straight in without that greasy feeling.
As for the scent, it's just like the original scrub - coffee with a hint of orange it's really quite delicious!
Since I have been using the scrubs and now the Body Balm I have noticed such a difference in the appearance of my skin, my post baby stretch marks are barely visible and my overall skin tone is way better. Yes they are crazy messy in the bathroom but its so worth it!
I'm pretty much out of this tube of Body Balm now, but I can say I will be re-purchasing this next week.
Oh how I would love Frank to bring out the other scents in the balm form!
