2014 Favourites

I'm probably a little late with the ol' 2014 favourites, but here are the little gems that stood out for me last year...it was quite an easy decision as these where clear winners in my book.

GlamGlow - SuperMud Clearing Treatment Face Mask
I reviewed this last year HERE so I wont go into to much detail. But this face mask was love at first try and I have been recommending it to everyone ever since.
When ever I feel I have a breakout coming or my skin feels a little congested, and needs a bit of clearing this is the ticket. The pot I have is all empty now but i will definitely be re-purchasing - although I really fancy trying their new cleaning oil one in the green pot.

Estee Lauder - Double Wear Foundation
This is by far the best foundation I have used to date! I always used to chop and change my foundation, looking for the next best one - that was until I discovered Double Wear and I haven't looked back.
It gives the perfect medium to full coverage that doesn't look cakey and lasts absolutely hours on my oily prone skin.
The only downside to this was that it doesn't include a pump to dispense the product.. Then the fabulous Jake from The Beauty Boy told me I could get a MAC pump that fits - problem solved!

Charlotte Tilbury - Filmstar Bronze and Glow
This was another I reviewed last year HERE, This special looking palette gives the ultimate looking cheekbones! it has the perfect contour (shadow) shade with the most beautiful highlight.

Anastasia Beverly Hills - Dip Brow Pomade
I reviewed this HERE comparing it to the ever-so-similar Illamasqua one. When I reviewed them both I thought I liked the Illamasqua one more, but going back to the Dip Brow Pomade I realised that this was the one for me.
My brows had a good year thanks to this little pot!.

Neals Yard - White Tea Facial Mist
I have literally just ran out of this and i need to get another ASAP! a few light spritzes of this on my face after cleansing really perks me up every morning. I think it the light lavender scent I love so much, it's so relaxing and calming yet refreshing on the skin.
It's even more amazing after a workout, when my face is all hot and bothered it feels like a breath of fresh air. You can even use this over makeup just to give you a quick refresh.
This was in my August Favourites last year HERE.

Frank - Coffee Body Scrub
I did a review a while ago on this HERE and i have been loving it ever since. It's easily the best scrub i have used, and easily the most messy one! but it's completely worth it.
The smell of fresh coffee beans that you get from this is delicious, and it makes your skin unbelievably soft for days after, I can't be without this now.

What are your favourite products for 2014? Have you tried any of these products? I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks for reading,
Love Zoe x

  3. Urgh, I want all of these things! I've definitely had my eye on the Glam Glow mask as everyone has been raving about it. The Charlotte Tilbury and Dip Brow have also been on my wishlist for ages... I'm too in love with my Lancome foundation at the moment but when I run out, I may try and pick up a sample of the Double Wear. I like the look of of the Double Wear light too for every day usage. xxx

  14. Glamglow is definitely one of my favourite products of 2014. Expensive but such an amazing mask. The bronze and glow duo is still in my wishlist. However I have bought so many bronzers and highlighters recently I feel guilty about buying another one but will definitely grab it at some point this year, maybe when I wear the ones I bought a bit more. :) x
