Estée Lauder - Daywear Creme

I received this moisturiser as part of a gift-with-purchase set at an Estée Lauder counter in Boots - I did a post about the set here, this little pot of moisturiser impressed me the most out of everything. It's beautiful and I can honestly say I will be re-purchasing the full size version.

I'm not usually one to get excited about a moisturiser, it's usually face serums and masks that do that for me. There is just something about this DayWear moisturising Creme that really wows me like no other.

As the name suggests it's a day time moisturiser, which is filled with advanced multi-protection anti-oxidants, and contains SPF 15 which is suitable for normal/combination skin. This is also supposed to help with signs of premature ageing.
I apply this in the morning after I have cleansed, toned and used a serum. It may look like a thick crème at a first glance, but once you pop it on your face you will notice how incredibly lightweight yet moisturising it is.

Since using this, this is the step I look forward to most in my morning skincare routine, I just love how much it soothes and refreshes my face with it's lovely cucumber fragrance, it really feels like a treat when your feeling a bit dreary, as it really perks you... and your face up.
It's so hydrating, sinks into the skin like a dream, and since I have been using this my face looks so much healthier. It even makes makeup application so much smoother.
I can see this little tub lasting a while because you only need the smallest amount, so I do think it's well worth the money for a full size jar.

Estée Lauder DayWear Crème £40 50ml

I would love to try more skincare from Estée Lauder as I have been really impressed with everything I've tried so far, so if you have any recommendations feel free to let me know.

Have you tried DayWear? I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks for reading,
Love Zoe x

  1. This sounds lovely! My skin is pretty hydrated so I couldn't really justify spending £40 on a skin cream, I think I'll save that for when I'm a bit older and richer :D

  3. I haven't tried the Daywear moisturiser but I use the Daywear SPF. I am a massive EL lover and the majority of my repurchased skincare is EL. Due to my age and my job, I use a really rich cream for evening, the EL Revitalising Supreme Global Anti-Aging moisturiser alongside Advanced Night Repair. It isn't cheap for the two but it also helps in making me look 25 instead of 32!xx

  4. I always forget about Estee Lauder skincare, but my Grandma used to swear by it, so maybe I should listen. I will actually spend any amount to get my awfully dry skin hydrated!
